I’ll give away the quote right here -
“Begin at once to live, and count each separate day as a separate life.” — Seneca.
I love reading about stoic philosophy and the approach they had toward life. There is something to be said about living your life in a way where you appreciate each and every day.
This one-line quote from Seneca has really changed how I view things around me.
What Does It Mean to Me?
I’ve always been a big proponent of living in the present moment and enjoying life to the fullest. But this quote from Seneca has really made me think about how important it is to appreciate each day as a gift.
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take things for granted. But if we can take a step back and appreciate the little things in life, it will make all the difference.

It reminds us to not take anything for granted and to be grateful for everything we have.

At work, it helps me to be more productive and not get bogged down by the monotony of everyday tasks.
I try to find new and exciting ways to approach my work so that I can make the most of each day.
Lastly, it helps me to focus on self-improvement. If I can be a little bit better each life(day), I’m living a good life.
It’s important to me to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, and this quote from Seneca…
