The most challenging task during winters is getting up from your bed. The thought of leaving your cozy blanket and getting on with the day is enough for your brain to start making excuses.

After I woke up yesterday, and I started thinking, is it even worth leaving the blanket so early in the morning?

So, as any human brain (designed to be safe and warm), convinced me to stay in bed longer and get back to sleep.

But, that little extra sleep reminded me of the immense benefits I felt when I woke up early in the morning. I felt no control over the day and was unproductive most of the time.

Relaxed mind

Waking up early gives you an abundance of time in your hand. You don't have to run after the clock to prepare breakfast, make coffee, or get frustrated when you can't find your socks.

When you get up early, you have so much time that you can do everything you do with a relaxed mind and even add more to your personal development.

Focus on yourself
