We all love to follow a designated path.

A path eliminates the cognitive load on our brain of making decisions every single day.

Whenever I have something new to learn or do, I add it to my existing routine. This way, I don’t have to make some time for it every day. It’s already there.

But there are times when I feel I’m off my desired goal or path. It could be due to various unexpected reason that comes with life.

In those times, it’s helpful to have a blueprint to follow to get back on track. That way, you at least have a starting point and some guidance.

In this article, I will share with you the blueprint I follow whenever I feel like I’m off my decided path. It has helped me get unstuck and back on track many times.

1) The first thing I do is assess the situation.

Improvement starts with reflection.

It is tough to remind yourself of your failures and fallbacks. But, doing so helps me to learn from my mistakes. It allows me to see the various factors that lead to my current situation.
