Habits are nothing but comfort zones that our mind adapts.

You do something repeatedly, and your mind becomes so much accustomed to it that it doesn’t want to change the routine now.

There are hundreds of blogs and books you can read on what core habits you should develop. You can also learn how to create those marvellous core habits.

But, here I’m going to talk about some micro habits that, over the long run, impacted my life immensely for the better.

1. Keeping a Water Bottle Beside My Desk

A recent colossal study over 25 years found that not drinking enough water can increase the risk of death by 20%.

(A friendly reminder to drink water right now).

We often get caught up in the work that we forget about drinking water. We only drink water when we are having our meals or not even at that time.

In contrast, I have found that I tend to drink water much more frequently if I have a water bottle beside my desk. It is a great way to keep myself hydrated. It even aids my brain performance.
