I totally agree with the experience and failure part. Implementing, building and failing is crucial.

I don't plan to learn everything that is there. I think it is not possible to learn a programming language completely in even 4-5 years.

I follow the Pareto principle of 80-20. That 20% of things accomplish the 80% of the tasks.

I use this principle to define mastery for me. I'll try my best to do learn and build.

If I'm not able to do it, then no issues, I'll keep on trying the next year. If I'm anywhere near to mastery then that is a feat.
